What is Duplication?
Duplication is a concept in which your team of digital entrepreneurs at WEWE will copy your work ethic and strategies. It simply refers to you, as a leader, empowering every member of your team to be as hardworking as you.
There are various skills and strategies that you might have used on your own that brought you to where you are today. But as an IWA who is in-charge of different teams with dozens of digital entrepreneurs, you need to make sure that the skills you will impart to your team can be replicated. If your entire team finds it difficult to mimic the strategies you teach, it defeats the purpose of duplication and you will not be able to get the results you want.
Always remember that you should create a system that is effective not just for you but for the entire team. Creating a system that works for everyone will do the trick.
How to Develop a Duplication System?
- Lead by example
When each member of your team is beginning to recruit new customers without your supervision, it is a sign that the system you built works. However, if you stop recruiting new people, your team will see that and get demotivated. Leading a team is not all talk. You need to do it with them. Show them how it is done and they will follow you to the end.
2. Start immediately
Duplication does not start after a new recruit’s registration. It starts when you begin teaching them the ropes and telling the opportunities that are waiting for them. Share with them all the necessary information and tools they need for a smooth start.
3. Establish a fast-paced culture
Creating a fast-paced environment within your team is entirely up to you. Once you initiate a momentum you will witness your team pull in more people to sign up, break through the ranks, and achieve limitless goals.
Working in Unison
Duplication is all about teamwork. Each person in your team should be self-motivated and ready to put in consistent effort. Make them as passionate, gritty, and highly-driven as you. Mold them into persevering leaders like you and see rewards come tenfold. With duplication you and your team will succeed as one.
